I’m back with another classic, one I actually know mind. Okay so Livin on a Prayer by Bon Jovi… Absolute CLASSIC and in my opinion a masterpiece created by this band. My memories of this song originate from playing guitar hero with my brother and him completely destroying me but yet it was always my favourite song.
Right so the meaning of this song is a working class couple who struggle to make ends meet, something everyone in this days economy will agree they have most likely experienced this. Bon Jovi intended this song to be a motivational anthem and honestly I completely agree that this song is an anthem and it is a motivational one at that. It’s a song that is usually being played through my headphones when I’m studying because it’s just that much of an iconic song which gets me through homework and the dreaded revision that we all have to do.
